Ms. Weecks served as the Chair of an all-day program on June 25th, 2015 at the State Bar’s annual convention.  As Chair, Ms. Weecks was pleased to include ten co-presenters (including herself) on topics of import when someone needs to handle another’s affairs.  Speakers ranged from professionals in different aspects of legal fields (Ms. Weecks along with an attorney from the Area Agency on Aging, a presiding judge, a detective with the Phoenix Police Department, an Assistant Attorney General prosecutor, and a Deputy County Attorney prosecutor) to non-law service providers (an in-home care representative, Adult Protective Services,  the Ombudsman, and the Senior Help Line).  It is an honor to be entrusted with assisting our seniors, and in this case, by having organized and facilitated this important educational event.
